Industry intel

The events and experiential market.

The US events industry produces millions of festivals, races, parades, conferences, and trade shows every year, supported by more than 137,000 professional meeting and event planners (BLS). Promo orders here live or die on lead time — miss opening day by 24 hours and the spend is wasted.

What we make for event directors, festival organizers, and parade coordinators

Gear that has to be on the truck by Thursday.

What event producers order when load-in starts Friday morning.

  • Event credentials & lanyards

Custom-printed credentials with role coding, RFID-ready options, breakaway lanyards in event colors. Numbered, sealed, ready for check-in.

  • Festival apparel & merch

Crew tees, performer-issued apparel, attendee merch tables, limited-run festival posters. Built to survive the field, the rain, and the wash cycle.

  • Parade banners & rolling signage

Wind-rated parade banners, float branding, marshall sashes, division-marker signs. UV-stable, weatherproof, ready for the route.

  • Race bibs & finisher merch

Numbered bibs with tear-off tabs, timing-chip-ready stock, finisher medals, custom finisher tees. Bulk-shipped to the staging tent.

  • Volunteer & staff apparel

Role-coded volunteer tees, security polos, vendor wristbands, crew jackets. Color-blocked by function so the radio call matches the visual.

  • Attendee swag bags & giveaways

Custom totes, sponsor-branded inserts, lanyards, branded fans for outdoor events. Bundled and palletized for venue drop.

Now recruiting

This division is looking for its lead.

We're not hiring a salesperson. We're recruiting a former event director, festival production manager, race director, or municipal-events coordinator who's lived inside the load-in pressure and knows exactly what makes the difference between a festival that runs and one that melts down. You bring the network — your old production crew, your festival and race contacts, the venue ops people who already trust you. We bring an ASI distributor account running since 1999, RFID and timing-stock supply chains, load-in-day routing, and the back office.

Real questions, real answers

What event directors and festival organizers ask before they call.

Our festival opens Friday. Can you deliver Thursday by 8am?
Often yes, depending on the order. Stock items, single-color decoration, and confirmed-deadline routing can make a Thursday morning load-in. Multi-color custom or large apparel runs need more lead time. Your rep tells you up front, not after.
Can credentials be numbered, sealed, and check-in ready?
Yes — sequential numbering, security-sealed envelopes, role-coded color stock, and RFID-ready options all handled in-house. Manifest matched to your event-ops list, palletized to venue if you want.
Do you handle parade-route delivery with wind-rated banners?
Yes. Reinforced parade banners, route-staged delivery to division marshalls, and pickup at end-of-route if needed. Wind ratings posted on every banner SKU so you know what survives a 25-mph gust.
Can you bundle race bibs, finisher medals, and tees into pre-packed kits?
Yes. Per-runner pre-packed packets with bib, medal, tee, and any sponsor inserts — bagged and labeled by registration number. Saves the registration tent hours on race morning."
What's your latest cutoff for late-add SKUs after the PO is in?
Depends on the SKU. Generally 10 business days before load-in for apparel adds, 5 for stock items, 72 hours for signage. Your rep will tell you whether the add makes the truck before you commit to the sponsor.
Do you handle conference badges and event-app QR integration?
Yes. Conference credential printing with attendee-data variable printing, QR codes pre-linked to your event app, and on-demand reprint at the registration table if needed."
