Psychology Of Working

Onboarding kits, classroom rewards, training program collateral, swag that actually gets used.

Industry intel

The education and internal-use market.

Education is the single largest market in the US promotional products industry, accounting for 13% of total sales — roughly $3.5 billion annually. Schools, universities, training programs, and HR onboarding departments together drive consistent, recurring merch purchases.

What we make for HR, L&D, and school leaders

Gear that survives onboarding and gets used at the desk.

What internal-use buyers order — beyond the lanyard and the cheap pen.

  • New-hire onboarding kits

Branded notebooks, water bottles, hoodies, welcome cards — boxed and ready to ship to the home address of every new hire before their start date.

  • Training program collateral

Workbooks, certificates of completion, course-branded apparel, breakout-room signage. Custom per cohort, repeatable across cohorts.

  • Classroom & student rewards

T-shirts, water bottles, drawstring bags, recognition pins — for K-12, higher ed, and after-school programs. School-store-ready when needed.

  • Employee recognition awards

Engraved tumblers, custom jackets, milestone plaques — five years, ten years, twenty. The kind of awards people actually keep on the shelf.

  • Conference & all-hands gear

Branded swag bags, lanyards, custom apparel for events your people will actually wear afterward.

  • Wellness & culture programs

Step-challenge water bottles, mental-health-month tees, DEI program merch — branded carefully, made well, not performative.

Now recruiting

This division is looking for its lead.

We're not hiring a salesperson. We're recruiting an HR director, an L&D leader, a school administrator, or someone who's built workplace culture from inside an organization and is tired of selling other people's stuff. You bring the network — your old peers, your trade groups, the people you've already earned trust with. We bring an ASI distributor account running since 1999, full catalog and brand-asset infrastructure, and the back office.

Real questions, real answers

What HR and L&D buyers actually ask.

Can you ship onboarding kits to each new hire's home address?
Yes — individual home-address fulfillment is one of our most-requested programs. You send the names and addresses (CSV or via API), we ship each kit, you get a single invoice. Welcome-letter personalization available.
Do you handle school-district POs and tax-exempt billing?
Yes. K-12 districts, universities, and nonprofits handled in-house with net-30 PO terms standard. Send your exemption certificate once and your rep tags every future order correctly.
We have brand standards — can you enforce them across all orders?
Yes. We store your brand-asset library once — logos, colors, fonts, placement rules — and apply them consistently regardless of who on your team places the order. Brand drift is the single biggest complaint we hear about internal-promo programs; we solve for it.
Can we run a recurring monthly onboarding program with fixed pricing?
Yes. Annual contracts with locked per-kit pricing are standard. We hold stock at the supplier, ship per-hire on demand, and reconcile monthly.
Do you do CPSIA-compliant goods for student programs?
Yes — children's-product safety compliance handled when programs are directed at K-12 audiences. We carry compliance documentation for every applicable SKU.
What's the minimum order for a one-off recognition piece?
Twelve pieces on most goods, six on some engraved categories. Smaller runs are possible but the per-unit cost climbs fast — we'll tell you up front whether it's worth doing.
